10-time felon (!) roaming freely kills innocent man

What was this person doing roaming freely in society? How many others are there like him wandering around at large? Things are in a dire state of breakdown.

A 10-time felon has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of former Oakland Tribune freelance photographer Lionel Fluker, who was struck and killed by a stray bullet as two suspects fired on each other near an East Oakland gas station Friday night.

Police said an argument — investigators don’t know about what — sparked a fistfight and then a gunfight. Fluker was the 25th person slain in Oakland this year, but the killing is among only a handful of 2013 homicide cases that’s been solved.

I also read about how someone was robbed at gunpoint a couple days ago by two young men with guns. There are violent thugs with guns all over the place.

How much does society have to pay in terms of terror, in terms of being victimized, and then for the enforcement, prosecuation, and incarceration costs for these violent people?

But still authorities don’t want to recognize basic human need for healthy, sane, safe environments free from physiological, psychological, chemical, audial, and visual stress.

No one is making the connection between unhealthy environments filled with physical, mental, and other stressors which cause long-term changes in human behavior. Our streets are noisy and gritty and people grow up and learn to be violent because in their brains that is a normal response.

Vast sums of money are given for research grants for sometimes extremely frivolous things while the highest priorities like understanding how important enviornment is for human development gets neglected. And even if such research was being done and clear conclusions made about human health they would stand so at odds with the status quo of how things work that they would not stand a chance of being taken seriously or implemented because that would cut into the pocket books of the elites.

The entire law enforcement and criminal justice strip-mallesque infrastructure is there to just make sure the system continues along the status quo with the least amount of resource expenditure so the elites can continue lining their pockets while the blood of common people is spilled.
