A bicyclist died Saturday morning after she was struck and dragged by a cement truck in front of AT&T Park, where thousands of people were waiting to enter the San Francisco Giants Fan Fest.
The incident was reported about 9:38 a.m., according to San Francisco fire Capt. Neils Tangherlini. Both the woman, believed to be in her 30s, and the truck were traveling westbound on King Street at the time of the collision, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Michael Andraychak.
My guess is that this will, like every other homicide like this which occurs, not be prosecuted and no fault will be found against the murderer who was driving the truck.
