Alert: Starbucks soymilk is far from healthy. I used to enjoy their coffee from some stores because of the roast but now am disgusted because of the sickening sugar overload. Below an excerpt from a Starbucks forum:
“2) Your new soy milk has 13 grams of sugar per cup. One cup is 8 ounces. That means the 16 ounce latte I ordered had nearly 26 grams or about 1.75 tablespoons of sugar in it. That’s a lot of sugar for cup of coffee.”
