TDS has consistently been discussing Holocaust denial on their podcast. Therefore I’ve decided to listen instead to stories of people who lived through that era.
This video is testimony of a Mr. Schümann (later changed to “Shurman”) who came from a well-to-do Jewish family that had been rooted in Germany since 1650. His father was a very successful maker of clothing.
Mr. Schümann describes very powerful experiences he went through during the horrible time.
I especially like the story he tells about when he got a job at a clothing company in Hamburg – at the 45 minute mark.
Another segment I like is at the 59 minute 38 second mark.
