Imagine living in a place so fucked up and traumatic on physiological and psychological levels that people who are lobotomized have an advantage. Then imagine people being so evil that instead of fixing the cause of the lobotomization they double down and import vast hordes of high skilled workers to make up for the deficiency.
I can because it’s reality.
