Not enforcing the law when people enter the country illegally is the same as not having a border

Not enforcing the law when people enter the country illegally is the same as not having a border. AOC said a few days ago that people have a legal right to seek asylum in the United States. But do they have a right to engage in asylum scamming?

It’s not uncommon knowledge that the majority of asylum claims are bogus. The vast majority.

It’s not uncommon knowledge that illegals are being coached on how to scam the system by lodging false claims. AOC knows this. AOC and all other treasonous members of Congress and public officials across the United States know damn well it’s not about asylum.

They also know damn well that if there is no enforcement against illegals it is the same as not having a border. Yet these treasonous motherfuckers will not openly pass a law dismantling the border of the United States. Instead they advocate for breaking the law which is complete bullshit.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi Blasts Enforcement of Judges’ Orders, Media Yawn

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is betraying Americans and her constitutional duties by denouncing the police enforcement of Congress’ immigration laws and judges’ deportation decisions, say immigration reformers.

“In terms of interior enforce[ment], what is the purpose? What is the point?” Pelosi said June 25, just after her June 22 statement that the President’s promised enforcement of judges’ deportation orders is a “brutal action which will tear families apart and inject terror into our communities.”

Pelosi’s comment is shocking, said Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge who now works with the Center for Immigration Studies. “It undermines the rule of law in the U.S., it encourages people to enter the country illegally because they will be able to remain permanently without removal,” he said, adding:

Quite frankly, can you imagine any other context, such as parking tickets or speeding tickets would you see a politician say ‘What’s the point of enforcing the law? It is almost incomprehensible … What other laws should they ignore? Should we stop giving parking tickets in handicapped zones? Or blocking hydrants? Should we not enforce wage-and-hour law, or health-and-safety rules?

Pelosi is ignoring her responsibility as the third-ranking government official, just below the President and Vice-President, said Jenks, and continued:

She is basically saying she does not believe in the rule of law [regardless of political agendas], and therefore she does not believe in America or our constitution. These [deportation] laws were set by Congress, according to the process laid out in the constitution, they are enforced by the process laid out in the constitution, and she is saying ‘It is not worth it, it is not a big deal.’

“There are plenty of laws that people don’t like seeing enforced,” said Arthur. Pelosi “is in a position to change the law if she does not like the law, but it is irresponsible to say ‘Don’t enforce a law I don’t like.’”

At her New York press event, held in the largely Asian district of Democrat Rep. Grace Meng, Pelosi slammed Trump’s decision to enforce judges’ final deportation decisions as “outside the circle of civilized human behavior,” and insisted that “a violation of [legal immigrant] status is not a reason for deportation, that’s just not so.”

Pelosi’s open repudiation of federal law has been ignored by the establishment media, which has spent the last 30 months denouncing Trump’s supposed disregard of U.S. election laws.

No Bay Area Raids Occur After Federal Court Puts ICE On Notice

UNREAL! Pelosi on Illegal Aliens Who Have Broken Immigration Laws: “A Violation of Status is Not a Reason For Deportation” (VIDEO)

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Monday said that a violation of status is not a reason for deportation while discussing immigration.

And this woman is 3rd in line to be the President of the United States. Let that sink in.

Speaking in New York on Monday, Nancy Pelosi revealed what she spoke about during her Friday night phone call with President Trump before he called off the ICE raids.

Pelosi said that President Trump asserted that the illegal aliens targeted for the ICE raids were violating the law and had already been given deportation orders.

“A violation of status is not a reason for deportation — that is just not so,” Pelosi said waving her hand around like a lunatic.

Truthfully, the Democrats will never find fault with illegal aliens. Nothing will be bad enough to deport the invaders because the Democrats see them as a voting bloc.

Where are the headline articles about the thousands of illegals flooding across the border every week? Oh right, because the lying, treasonous press doesn’t want any attention being given to it.

Every single entity which is assisting illegals evade enforcement is guilty of crime and must be prosecuted.

Pew Research: Average Illegal Alien Lived in America for 15 Years

The average illegal alien in the United States has lived in the country for 15 years, a new analysis finds.

The latest research by Pew Research Center reveals that, of the roughly 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S., the average illegal alien has lived in the country for 15 years — imposing an enormous financial burden on American taxpayers.

In 2000, the average illegal alien lived in the U.S. for about 7.2 years. Today, the average time that an illegal alien lives in the country has more than doubled just two decades later.

“In 2017, only 20% of unauthorized immigrant adults lived in the U.S. for five years or less, down from 30% a decade earlier,” Pew analysts write. “About two-thirds of unauthorized immigrants have been in the U.S. for more than 10 years; a decade earlier, less than half had.”

All illegals in the United States must be deported. DACA and all other “protected status” or other forms of temporary amnesty must be immediately ended. No more amnesty of any kind and cut legal immigration and end chain migration.

Study: Deporting Illegal Aliens Saves Americans Billions in Tax Dollars

Deporting the roughly 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living across the United States saves American taxpayers hundreds of billions in public costs, analysis finds.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is expected to conduct a mass deportation effort next week, where at least 2,000 illegal aliens who have final orders for removal will be arrested, detained, and deported from the U.S.

American taxpayers stand ready to benefit significantly from the deportation of thousands of illegal aliens, all of whom have been ordered deported and have refused to leave.

Based on research from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, the cost of illegal aliens to American taxpayers over a lifetime is about $746.3 billion. Compare this to the cost of a single deportation, which is about $10,854 per illegal alien based on Fiscal Year 2016 totals.

Overall, deporting every illegal alien in the country would amount to a cost savings of about $622 billion over the course of a lifetime. This indicates that deporting illegal aliens is six times less costly than what it costs American taxpayers to currently subsidize the millions of illegal aliens living in the U.S.
