Here is a recommendation for improving electric scooters based on my personal experience riding them.
Most of the time they may be ridden on roads in dedicated bicycle lanes. Yet there may be times when they are ridden in plazas or sidewalks.
Electric scooters should have two modes: street mode and sidewalk mode. Currently they only have one mode yet it seems like they are a bit too slow for a street and a bit too fast for a sidewalk.
