And you tell me why Comcast a.k.a. Xfinity refuses to allow jdramas (and pretty much all non-American media of any kind except Russia Today and CCTV) to be broadcast over its lines and also snitches on its own customers’ sharing dramas and animes to Japanese media companies in the hope the sharers would get sued (which they didn’t).
If the laws in the US were the same as Japan nearly every politcian in the country would be in jail. Then again, they actually have enshrined in their constitution ideals of actual democracy which aren’t… a farce.
